Our Classes
Hot yoga
Hot yoga (also known as Bikram or Hatha) is a 75-90 minute class where students of every experience level build strength, balance and flexibility while completing a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It's a good class for beginners since each class is the same sequence and each posture is done twice. This challenging workout takes place in a heated room to encourage an increased range of motion in muscles, joints and ligaments. We try to keep the temperature at around 105 degrees, though there will be some variations based on factors beyond our control such as outside temperature and the number of people in the class. All levels welcome!
The set series of compressions and extensions help:
Release of toxins through the skin, the body’s largest organ.
Tone and strengthen muscle systems.
Build willpower, concentration and determination.
Focus the mind.
Hot yoga is offered on:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6 AM and 5:45 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday at 10 AM
Saturday at 8 AM & Sunday at 4 PM (Both 90 Minutes)

Yin complements and counterbalances other muscle building and strengthening practices. This is a good class for beginners as the poses are primarily done on the floor and it's slow paced. This class is held in a non-heated room. (Please note the room may still be warm since most of our yin classes are scheduled right after one of our heated classes.) The room temperature may vary so we encourage people to wear layers to adjust to the temperature. All levels welcome!

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a 60-75 minute class. For those that want a little more than yin and a little less than a full power class. This class offers a more alignment based approach to learning postures, helping to improve balance, strength and flexibility. This meditative flow incorporates steady breathing, longer holds of each posture, and easier transitions between the postures with options to use props.
This is an all levels class. It can be a great place for beginners to start before taking a power class. These classes may also incorporate some of the poses from our hot yoga and yin classes so you can get a feel of all the different classes.
Slow Flow classes help:
Calm the mind

Tone and strengthen muscles
This is a non-heated class but you may still break a sweat. (Please note the temperature may vary and the room will likely still be warm from the heated class before, so we encourage people to wear layers to adjust to the temperature.) All levels welcome!

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient oriental martial art form that promotes health, self defense, and discipline. As with all martial art forms, respect of the art form, respect of the school and respect of the teacher is of utmost importance.
This is a 60 minute class that has many health benefits, a slow purposeful movement to find balance and serenity. Our tai chi class offers movement designed as warm up exercises to provide moderate aerobic activity. This is followed by postures that exercise different parts of the body, such as the chest, the torso, the hips, the legs, and the feet.
Tai chi classes help:
Prepare the musculoskeletal system for further exercise
Encourage deep breathing
Relax the body and mind.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. This is a non-heated class- the room will likely still be warm but not actively heated.
