Yoga Nidra

Take some time to relax and reset for the new year! Join Rachel for this relaxing 60 minute session of Yoga Nidra guided meditation. 

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.

Space is limited so be sure to sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot!

*This class will be right after our yin class from 5-6 PM so you may choose to attend the yin class first (separate cost) and stay for the Yoga Nidra after!
