Yoga and Meditation for Emotional Healing

Join Jennifer Martin for an afternoon to tend to your body, heart and mind, and explore practices to remember your inner resource of healing, safety, and calm. During our time together we will explore mindful movement, gentle breathwork, iRest yoga nidra, and sound healing to invite more balance and healing in our lives.

We will provide yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets. Please bring a yoga mat, and anything else that will support you during the meditation. Optional to bring a journal or notepad for reflections after the meditation.

Jennifer supports individuals through challenging periods of growth and transitions, offering a compassionate, curious space to heal and grow. She specializes in emotional well-being, grief care, and stress and anxiety relief. Her holistic approach uses compassionate self-inquiry, somatic practices, meditation, sound healing, and powerful questions as tools for helping clients remember their inner resource of wisdom, self-healing, and that they are the experts of their own lives.

Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Yoga and Meditation for Emotional Healing Workshop. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased. If there are no future Yoga and Meditation for Emotional Healing workshops scheduled, then the credit option will not be offered.
