Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join Rachel and Adam for a Yoga Nidra Meditation & Sound Bath. We will begin with intention setting, followed by about 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra Meditation. As we drift into the yogic sleep, we will transition smoothly into our Sound Bath.

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.

Sound Healing has been practiced for thousands of years and is a beautiful way to reset your emotional and physical body. With a combination of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, percussive instruments, chanting, bells and more.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable.

 Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Nidra & Sound Bath. If there are no future sessions, the credit will not be offered. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased.
