Join Rachel for this relaxing 60 minute session of Yoga Nidra guided meditation to welcome Spring and new beginnings.
Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.
All levels welcome! Even if you have no experience with meditation, this special class will be a nice introduction to your practice. Held in a non-heated room (room will still be warm from previous class so wear layers to adjust to the temperature).

Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Yoga Nidra session. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased.
