Spring Yoga Challenge: Renew & Grow


Join us for 14 days to renew, grow, and flow into Spring- with a chance to win prizes! Each day, choose a pose that fits the daily theme and track your progress. Participate by posting on social media, in the studio, or practicing at home.

How It Works:

  • Each day has a theme—select a pose that represents it for you. (Examples provided below.)

  • Track your participation by marking off each day.

  • Earn a raffle entry for each day completed! Complete all days for a special recognition.

How to Participate:

  • Option 1: Social Media – Post a photo/video of your pose using the hashtag #SpringYogaChallenge and tag or mention Lakeview Yoga

  • Option 2: In-Studio– Complete your pose before/after class (or during the class).

  • Option 3: Personal Practice – Practice on your own and log your participation on the challenge tracker.

Prizes & Motivation:

  • Each participation earns an entry into a raffle (more entries = higher chances of winning).

  • A grand prize of a 5 Class Pack Gift Card for one lucky winner!

  • There will also be a prize just for participating- one winner will get to pick an item from our store!

Daily Themes & Example Poses:

  1. Grounding & Intention – (Example: Mountain Pose, Child’s Pose)

  2. Opening Up to Possibilities – (Example: Cobra, Bridge)

  3. Planting Strong Roots- (Example: Warrior I, Tree Pose)

  4. Finding Balance – (Example: Eagle Pose, Warrior III)

  5. Strength from Within – (Example: Warrior II, Plank)

  6. Embracing Change – (Example: Crescent Lunge, Twists)

  7. Flow & Adaptability – (Example: Cat-Cow, Sun Salutations)

  8. Bloom With Grace – (Example: Dancer’s Pose, Camel)

  9. Inner Peace & Reflection – (Example: Seated Meditation)

  10. Letting Go & Releasing – (Example: Forward Fold, Pigeon)

  11. Renewal & Growth – (Example: Supported Fish, Any heart-opening pose)

  12. Playfulness & Joy (Ex: Happy Baby, Crow)

  13. Shifting Energy (Ex: Headstand or Legs-Up-The-Wall)

  14. Absorbing the journey (Ex: Savasana)
